The Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge offers an intimate setting and an extensive wine list. The Willows Bar & Patio and the Starz Bar feature a gaming twist and finally the Showroom Lounge offers cocktail service in an elegant cabaret style setting.

Menu items include Crab-Stuffed Jumbo Prawns, Macadamia Crusted Salmon and Boursin Stuffed Chicken Breast, as well as Ribeye Steak, Bacon Wrapped Elk Tenderloin and Steak and Lobster Tail.
