SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, Ariz. (Dec. 3, 2021) – Celebrate the holidays with an array of dining specials at Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort. Friends, family and loved ones can toast to the holiday over seasonal cuisines specially crafted for the occasion. From fine dining to cafes, each property offers a perfect Christmas meal for every appetite. The following are the dining specials offered at each property:

 

 

From 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. the CAZ Sport Bar will offer a three-course meal starting with a choice of Wild Mushroom and Potato Soup or a fresh Garden Salad. The entrée will feature honey glazed ham, fresh chive and cheese mashed potatoes, and roasted carrots with thyme and rosemary. Dessert will be Brioche Bread Pudding with bourbon caramel sauce, $17.50.

 

From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Casino Arizona’s Bingo Hall will offer a Traditional Christmas Dinner with honey glazed ham served with mashed potatoes and gravy, French roasted winter vegetables, and a dinner roll. The dish is served with Chocolate Caramel Shortbread, $10.50.

 

Casino Arizona’s hidden gem, Cholla Prime Steakhouse and Lounge will offer a prix fixe menu for $48 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Christmas Day. The menu will start with the choice of an appetizer of Smoke Cured Salmon Cheese Rolls or Sausage Christmas Soup with smoked sausage, kidney beans, red potatoes, and kale in chicken broth. The main course is Slow Roasted Christmas Goose with rendered goose gravy, butternut acorn squash puree, melting Yukon gold potatoes, and sauteed green beans with almonds and bacon. Dessert will feature Sticky Toffee Bread Pudding with crème Chantilly. Each item on the prix fixe menu is also available al-a-cart.

 

Salt River Café will offer a Montreal Prime Rib Dinner with au jus, creamy horseradish, parmesan mashed potatoes, and sauteed green beans served with a dinner roll. Peppermint Brownie will be served for dessert, $10.95.

 

Enjoy a delicious Christmas Day meal at Willows. For breakfast from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., enjoy a Pot Roast Omelet served with a side of hash browns and toast. $8.95.  Dinner specials at the restaurant will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes Roasted Prime Rib with au jus, garlic parmesan mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, dinner rolls and a choice of soup or salad., $19.95. Dessert will be Banana Moonshine Pudding, $4.

 

 

Starting at 11 a.m. Blue Coyote Café will offer a pre-fixe menu starting with a choice of soup or salad, followed by Rosemary Roasted Pork Loin for an entrée with zesty plum sauce, brand glazed baby carrots, and garlic parmesan fingerling potatoes. To top off the delectable Christmas Day meal, enjoy Spiced Gingerbread Cake with cream cheese icing for dessert, $31.

 

A very special Christmas Day meal will be served in The ARENA Poker Room from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. for $30. Guests can enjoy Red Bean, Kale and Sausage Soup, followed by Surf and Turf with beef filet, shrimp, asparagus, bearnaise sauce and basmati rice. The three-course meal concludes with White Chocolate Cranberry Blondies.

 

From 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. guests will enjoy a three-course prix fixe Christmas starting with Strawberry Salad with field greens, grilled scallions, cucumber, carrots, and herbed goat cheese. The main course is Seafood Pasta with Cajun bell pepper sauce, shrimp, scallops, crawfish, crab claw meat, clams, and asparagus. The meal concludes with Caramelized Winter Fruit Custards, $48.

 

From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. guests can enjoy a four-course menu, starting with Shaved Asparagus and Jamon Iberico Salad, followed by Truffle Scented Cornish Hen with butternut squash puree and golden beet-brussels sprout hash. The main course features Smoked Harris Ranch Prime Rib with wild mushrooms, roasted sweet potatoes, pear, and onion. The meal concludes with a seasonal desserts. Items are priced individually.

 

Starting at 4 p.m., Blue Coyote Cantina will offer a Christmas meal featuring an entrée and dessert for $21.95. The entrée will feature a Red and Green Tamale Plate with chicken chile verde and rojo pork tamales with queso fresco and pico de gallo served with charro beans and Spanish rice. Dessert will be a Chocolate Framboise Torte.

From 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., Tash will feature a four-course Christmas meal. The first course will be Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad with honey and citrus, followed by Za’atar Garlic Roasted Salmon with fingerling potatoes, broccolini, baby heirloom tomatoes, and roasted pepper hummus. The main entrée is Braised Lamb Shank with harissa-honey roasted organic baby carrots and pistachios. Pear and Dried Cherry Crisp will be served for dessert. All items are priced individually.
