SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, Ariz. (Nov. 11, 2021) – On Thursday, Nov. 25, treat your family and friends to a memorable Thanksgiving Day meal with dining specials at Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort. From fine dining to cafes, each property offers a perfect thanksgiving meal for every appetite. The following are the dining specials offered at each property:

 

 

From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. the CAZ Sport Bar will offer a three-course meal starting with a choice of Creamy Corn Chowder or a fresh Garden Salad. The entrée will feature Roasted Turkey with warm Grand Marnier cranberry sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, and sauteed spinach with crispy bacon. Dessert will be a warm Pecan Pie with bourbon cinnamon sauce, $19.50.

 

From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Casino Arizona’s Bingo Hall will offer a Traditional Turkey Dinner with roasted turkey, stuffing, cheddar mashed potatoes. The dish is served with a dinner roll and pumpkin pie, $9.50.

 

Casino Arizona’s hidden gem, Cholla Prime Steakhouse and Lounge will offer a prix fixe menu for $40 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.  The menu will start with the choice of an appetizer of Spinach Artichoke Bites or Pumpkin Bisque with ciabatta croutons. The main course is Honey Garlic Roasted Turkey Dinner with corn bread stuffing, bacon haricot verts, garlic parmesan mashed potatoes, and yam rounds. Dessert will feature Pumpkin Bread Pudding. Each item on the prix fixe menu is also available al-a-cart.

 

Salt River Café will offer a Roasted Turkey Dinner with Andouille cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, sautéed corn served with a dinner roll. Spiced Pumpkin Pie will be served for dessert, $9.95.

 

Enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving Day meal at Willows. For breakfast from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., enjoy Pumpkin Pancakes with Cinnamon Butter with two eggs any style and a choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, $8.95.

Dinner specials at the restaurant will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes Roasted Turkey Dinner with turkey gravy, white cheddar mashed potatoes, rosemary stuffing and vegetable medley, dinner rolls, and a choice of soup or salad. $19.95. Dessert will be Pecan Pie, $4.

 

 

Starting at 11 a.m. Blue Coyote Café will offer a pre-fixe menu starting with a choice of soup or salad, followed by Slow Roasted Honey Mustard Turkey for an entrée with wild mushroom stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, sauteed green beans with bacon, and cranberry chutney sauce. To top off the delectable Thanksgiving Day meal, enjoy Maple Walnut Cake with brown sugar frosting for dessert, $31.

 

A very special Thanksgiving Day meal will be served in The ARENA Poker Room from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. for $27. Guests can enjoy Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, followed by Ancho Chile Rubbed Roasted Turkey Breast served with mashed potatoes, traditional stuffing, turkey gravy and roasted vegetables. The three-course meal concludes with a Poached Pear Frangipane Tarts.

 

From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. guests will enjoy a three-course prix fixe Thanksgiving menu with a Creole twist, starting with Caesar Salad, followed by a Thanksgiving Seafood Boil with crab meat, lobster claws, shrimp, clams, mussels, andouille sausage, corn, and potatoes in a creole tomato butter sauce. The meal concludes with Honeyed Fig Crostata, $59.95.

 

From 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. guests can enjoy a four-course menu, starting with Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad, followed by Wild Mushroom Galette with cipollini onions, arugula, and fontina cheese. The main course features Roasted Turkey with sausage-sourdough stuffing and giblet gravy. The meal concludes with a seasonal desserts, classic Pumpkin Pie or Apple Pecan Bread Pudding. Items are priced individually.

 

From 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. Blue Coyote Cantina will offer a Thanksgiving meal featuring an entrée and dessert for $22.95. The entrée will feature Turkey Pipian Enchiladas with green mole sauce, served with chorizo-potato medley and cilantro lime buttered green beans. Dessert will be Candied Pecan Bread Pudding with bourbon caramel sauce.

From 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Tash will feature a four-course Thanksgiving meal. The first course will be Field Greens and Apple Salad, followed by Smoked Salmon Flat Bread with crème fraiche, pickled red onions, arugula Sicilian capers on wood fired flat bread. The main entrée is Spice-rubbed Olive Oil Basted Roast Turkey with sausage and herb sourdough stuffing and gravy, apple pomegranate sauce, Greek yogurt, and mashed potatoes. Tuscan Baked Apples will be served for dessert. All items are priced individually.
