Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort offers delicious dishes for as low as $8.95
SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, Ariz. (Nov. 22, 2019) – On Wednesday, Dec. 25, treat the family to a memorable Christmas Day meal with dining specials at Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort. From fine dining to buffets, each property offers a selection to celebrate the holiday. The following are the dining specials offered at each property:
Casino Arizona
CAZ SPORTS BAR
From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. the CAZ Sport Bar will offer a three-course meal starting out with Pretzel Bites with beer cheese, Pumpkin Bisque or a Garden Salad. The main dish includes Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with whiskey au jus, Brussel Sprout Gratin and Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Mashed Potatoes. The dish includes Bourbon Maple Pecan Caramel Tart for dessert, $24.00.
BINGO HALL
From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Casino Arizona’s Bingo Hall will offer Baked Ham with Brown Sugar and Citrus Glaze with winter vegetables, crispy bacon and cheddar cheese mashed potatoes. The dish is served with a choice of Garden Salad or Pumpkin Bisque Soup and a Peppermint Brownie, $10.50.
CHOLLA PRIME STEAKHOUSE & LOUNGE
In addition to its regular menu, Casino Arizona’s hidden gem, Cholla Prime Steakhouse and Lounge will offer a prix fixe menu for $39 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Christmas Day. The menu will start with a choice of Smoked Salmon Bites with cucumber, dill and smoked salmon mousse or a Christmas Salad with mixed greens, red onion, blue cheese, dried cranberries and cranberry vinaigrette. The main course is Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with crawfish stuffed pork tenderloin, crawfish sauce, baked au gratin potato and prosciutto wrapped asparagus. Dessert will feature a White Chocolate Peppermint Mousse Tart. Each item on the prix fixe menu is also available al-a-cart.
SALT RIVER CAFE
Salt River Café will offer a tasty Montreal Roasted Prime Rib Dinner with au jus, creamy horseradish, cheddar bacon mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans. With a Gingerbread Mousse Tart for dessert and a fountain beverage included, enjoy this Christmas dinner for $10.95.
THE WILLOWS RESTAURANT AT CASINO ARIZONA
Enjoy a sweet Christmas Day deal at Willows. For breakfast from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., enjoy Pecan Pancakes served with two eggs any style and hash browns, $8.95.
Dinner specials at the restaurant will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes Prime Rib with parmesan mashes potatoes, savory stuffing and grilled asparagus. Served with a choice of soup or salad, $17.95. The soup of the day is Beef Stew for $3.25. Dessert will be Eggnog Crème Brulee, $4.
THE EAGLES BUFFET
From 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. enjoy Prime Rib of Beef with Roasted Au Jus, Steamed Crab Legs, a tamale bar, Fresh Atlantic Salmon, Pork Chops, Applewood Smoked Boneless Ham, Lemon Pepper Seasoned Chicken, French Onion Soup, Chilled Jonah Crab Claws, Prima Vera Rice Pilaf, Cheese Manicotti with sausage marinara, Haricot Verts with Toasted Almonds and more. Special occasion desserts and a chocolate fountain will also be available. $39.95 adults, $14.95 children.
Talking Stick Resort
BLUE COYOTE CAFÉ
Starting at 11 a.m. Blue Coyote Café will offer a pre-fixe menu starting with a choice of soup or salad, followed by Pork Crown Roast for an entrée, roasted bone in pork loin, fingerling potatoes, root vegetable ragout and chipotle apple compote. To top off the delectable Christmas Day meal, enjoy Salted Carmel Chocolate Tart, $17.95.
THE ARENA POKER ROOM
A very special Christmas Day meal will be served in The ARENA Poker Room from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. for $18. Guests can enjoy Kielbasa Soup with red beans and kale, Steak Oscar with a 6 oz. beef fillet, shrimp, asparagus, bearnaise sauce and rice pilaf. White Chocolate, Pistachio and Raspberry Trifle will be served for dessert, $18.
OCEAN TRAIL
From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. guests will enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu, starting with Lobster Bisque, followed by Lobster Americaine with maine lobster, spiced shrimp, cognac and madeira tomato sauce and vegetable risotto. The meal concludes with Sticky Toffee Pudding $59.
WANDERING HORSE BUFFET- Two-day Christmas Celebration
Wandering Horse Buffet will offer a two-day Christmas celebration. Starting on Tuesday, Dec. 24, the eatery will serve dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a menu that has a wide variety of delicious dinner items, some items include: Grilled Sirloin Steaks, Roasted Turkey, Sliced Beef Brisket, Steamed King Crab Legs, Littleneck Clams, Black Mussels, and an assortment of Chef Peggy’s Pastries and Desserts. $55.95 - adults/$21.95 – children (5-12 years old)
On Christmas Day, Wednesday, Dec. 25, Wandering Horse will serve brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will include: Traditional Eggs Benedict, Belgian Waffles, Biscuits and Gravy, Pancakes, Jalapeno and Honey Cured Bacon, and Pastries.
Dinner items will also be served from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. which includes Prime Rib, Roasted Rack of Lamb, Crab Enchiladas, Sirloin Steaks, Sweet Chile Chicken, Roasted Tom Turkey, Grilled Salmon, Grilled American Kobe, King Crab Legs, Jumbo Shrimp, Baked Oysters, Jonah Crab Claws, Smoked Seafood Platter, and more.
